Your Questions About the Ultimate Fit Plan

Hi Ultimate Fit Plan-ers,

A few of you (splumberg and marbutterfly) have asked how you are supposed to add weights to the moves in the Ultimate Fit Plan. My answer is: Don’t add weights to any of the moves except for the runner’s lunge. Just continue to increase the amount of weight you are lifting for that exercise and you will be good to go.

Recovery – What Does That Mean?

To answer the question about recovery: Your ultimate goal is to get back into your fat-frying running pace as quickly as you can after you fully recover. The key to recovery is that as you become fitter you will recover quicker.

Is It Okay to Work out When Sick?

It is that time of year…nasty cold and flu season.  I hope for your sake that you are able to get through this season untouched.  Unfortunately my dear sweet children touched me with their winter colds, and I just happened to get the WORST deal in the house.  Well maybe not…my poor husband had to sleep on the couch for about a week because of my terrible cough.  Let’s face it…sounding like a wounded seal is not good times for anyone. Don’t worry he is back in bed with me now.
