To answer the question about recovery: Your ultimate goal is to get back into your fat-frying running pace as quickly as you can after you fully recover. Is It Okay to Work out When Sick?

It is that time of year…nasty cold and flu season.  I hope for your sake that you are able to get through this season untouched.  Unfortunately my dear sweet children touched me with their winter colds, and I just happened to get the WORST deal in the house.  Well maybe not…my poor husband had to sleep on the couch for about a week because of my terrible cough.  Let’s face it…sounding like a wounded seal is not good times for anyone. Don’t worry he is back in bed with me now.
